Best Way for Former Game Show Producer to get back in the game to learn the PM and LP side?
Fellow production friends,
I helped produce several hundred episodes for two CBS game shows and had the responsibility for interviewing and selecting contestants, along with other production coordinator like duties. I left the production world for the corporate world in another state, but have relocated back to Los Angeles and would like to get back into production to learn the management side. I'm willing to work as a coordinator to learn the skills necessary to move up to PM with ultimate goal to learn the LP role and move into EIC role way down the road. If anyone has any tips, please let me know. If anyone knows of any productions needing coordinator help, please let me know. Thanks!
